Beginners who have never worked out before and don’t know where to start
Novices who have trained in the past, but lost track and want to start again
Seniors who want to improve balance, strength, and movements to do daily life tasks
Woman looking to feel confident, appreciate their body, and achieve lasting weight-loss
Starting slowly by practicing fundamental movements and simple life habits (eating, sleep, etc.)
Training individuals who prefer a visual approach to training (I use American Sign Language plus other tools to demonstrate)
Training American Sign Language users (deaf, hard of hearing, cochlear implant users, and hearing ASL users) 🤟🏻
