Join in for a morning group meditation lead visually in American Sign Language (ASL) by me! I will cover different topics such as anxiety, letting go, focus, relationships, and more!
All information will be emailed one day before the session.
This open to all - ASL users and non-ASL users. I will lead the session in a way that everyone can understand. So please join us!
